Annual Business Meeting
December 5, 2004
Board Members Present: John Muskavitch, Susan Jones, Craig Yamamoto, JoAnn Bernard, Pat Maga, Karen Micalizio, Jill Schrutz, Kris Shear, Andi Schreibman, Brad Hardison, Gilda Maldonado, Maureen Martinez, Candy Cannon.
Approval of Minutes
Craig Yamamoto requested a motion to approve the minutes from the 2003 CCCSFAAA Business Meeting. Motion offered by Toni DuBois, seconded by Jill Schrutz. The motion was carried.
Treasurer’s Report
JoAnn Bernard presented the 2004 Treasurer’s Report. The majority of expenses for the 2004 CCCSFAAA Board meetings were covered by the Chancellor’s Office.
Thanks to John Muskavitch, the Spring Fling net was $14,970. Proceeds were applied toward the CCCSFAAA scholarship funds.
It was reported to the membership that $10,000 was used toward purchase of ATAC Web Service.
Thanks to Toni DuBois for assisting in completing CCCSFAAA income taxes.
Capital One earning 3.28% interest.
Bank of America CD is earning 1.92% interest
$86,000 in checking account will cover cost of conference.
Jill Schrutz made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. The motion was seconded by Andi Schreibman. The motion was carried.
