Additional Information:
Purpose: To review and keep bylaws current; apprise the voting membership in writing of proposed bylaw amendments; assure compliance with the laws.

In collaboration with the Executive Board, develop policies and procedures to carry out the mandates of the CCCSFAAA bylaws. Periodically review and update; submit proposed changes for Executive Board and Fiscal Planning Committee.

The Past President serves as Chair of this committee and the President-Elect also sits on the committee as a Board Member.
